FEATURED ILLUSTRATION SERIES: SUMMER READS

Summer Reads is a beloved annual story featuring the summer reading lists of professors at Princeton University. It celebrates the excellence of the faculty disguised as a lifestyle piece. The 2025 illustration is the fifth one depicting the same two characters in various vacation locales or doing summer activities while reading. My aim with these illustrations is to position the University within this American tradition of summer reading, which dates back to just after the Civil War, to give these images a little glamor but keep them general enough so the audience can project themselves into a vacation state of mind even if for a moment.

November 2025 update: The 2025 illustration won a 2025 MarCom Gold
